AUSTRALIAN BUYERS PLEASE ADD 10% GST TO ALL PURCHASES

We ship worldwide.

Our options are as follows for up to 500g: 

  1. EMS is an Australia Post courier service to nearly all destinations.  It is trackable over the internet once the parcel has left Australia (www.auspost.com.au).  Normal delivery times are 3-5 working days. Cost AU$45.  Insurance is extra at 1% of the value of the items.
  2. Registered/Insured airmail.  Australia Post service that is traceable but NOT trackable.    Normal delivery time is 7-10 working days.  Cost AU$20.  Comes with automatic insurance up to AU$100.  Any extra insurance is at AU$1.5 for AU$100.
  3. Airmail.  Not traceable or trackable.  Not insured.  Normal delivery time is 7-10 working days. Cost AU$10.

Multiple items can be shipped together.  If the weight exceeds 500g the shipping cost will need to be adjusted.

We do offer Fedex service for higher priced items.  Normally AU$45, but price is available upon application.  Buyers from Italy should contact us for shipping advice due to the large number of parcels that go missing!

Shipping is normally completed the day after receipt of payment.

Payment options:

  1. Visa MasterCard or Amex numbers and expiry dates can be emailed (in a series of emails) or faxed to us (+61 3 9650 8038).  Charges will be made in Australian dollars.  The charge will come on your statement under the name of “watchco”.  We are not responsible for your banks exchange rate used or any fees incurred on an international transaction.
     
  2. Wire transfer to our account.  Please note Australian banks do not have IBAN numbers;
